Reese Campus VN Program Testing
ALL candidates must take and pass the Accuplacer as the admission exam for the Vocational Nursing Program. There are NO exceptions. Applicants register for the test at the Testing and Learning Center (TLC), Building 8, Room 823, Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. A picture ID, social security card, and $35 non-refundable testing fee are required to register for the tests. Practice testing and study materials may be found online, at www.testprepreview.com. Accuplacer test components and minimum scores required are in the table below.

Tests results must be turned in with your application to the VNP. You should only test for the class you wish to enter. Test score dates must be within 2 years of submitting your application to the program. (Please Note: any attempt to cheat on this exam will make the applicant ineligible for program admission.) There is no B-out option for testing. A student may only test two times per semester for program admission. No other college entrance exams apply to this program. If you miss your test time, you must re-register and pay the $35 test fee again.
