Rates
Students residing in the South Plains College residence halls obtain room and meals for one set price. The following is a list of each residence hall and the room and board costs associated with living on-campus for one semester:

| Magee Hall (includes full meal plan) | $1650 per semester |
| Forrest Hall (includes full meal plan) | $1550 per semester |
| Frazier Hall (includes full meal plan) | $1550 per semester |
| Stroud Hall (includes full meal plan) | $1550 per semester |
| Tubb Hall (includes full meal plan) | $2000 per semester |
| Baker Center (includes full meal plan) | $1650 per semester |
| Gillespie Hall (includes full meal plan) (closed Spring 2012 for renovations) | $1550 per semester |
| North Sue Spencer (includes full meal plan) | $1550 per semester |
| South Sue Spencer (includes full meal plan) | $1550 per semester |
| Smallwood Apartments | $ 730 per semester |

Room rates are based upon double occupancy.

Private rooms may be requested on a space available basis for an additional $200.

A $100.00 deposit must be submitted with a completed application to reserve a room.

All residence halls are smoke free.

Rates include basic cable. Internet access is provided in all housing except Smallwood Apartments.
Summer housing is available at the Smallwood Apartment Complex for both male and female residents. During the summer, students are responsible for their own meals as the dining hall is not open. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen area for meal preparation. Cost for summer housing is:
