DH. Employee Benefits Plan (BP)

The purpose of the South Plains College Insurance and Benefits Plan is to provide the most comprehensive coverage to all employees at the most reasonable cost. To accomplish this purpose, the Board of Regents shall appropriate from local funds an amount not to exceed that which is appropriated by the State Legislature for South Plains College each year for employee health insurance. The amount of local funds to appropriate each year will be based on a recommendation from the College President.
