Bellies

 

Do you have a jelly belly?  This class has the cure!  This is a 15-minute class to train your core.

Boot Camp

Master Chief Jana will lead you on a hard-core back to basics workout guaranteed to whip you into shape in no time.  Short and sweet w/ no fancy choreography or fluff.  30-45 minutes from start to finish! 

Circuit Training

Circuit training is one of the fastest ways to lose pounds and get in shape. Join Laurie for a 45 circuit weight-training program combined with floor work for a total body workout.

Dance Party

Get your groove on with Janna as she leads you through a variety of popular line dancing moves.  Bring a friend and make it a party!    30 min.

 

Hip Hop Hustle

So, you think you CAN'T dance? Well, if you can HUSTLE, you can hip hop HUSTLE™! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!  This class is a completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that is easy to follow. This class takes the fun factor up a notch with super hot moves that will have everyone wanting more!

Indoor Cycling

Do you have road rage? Do you like to sweat?  Do you like a challenge?  If you answered yes, to any of these questions, this class is for you. This is a 45-minute indoor cycling class geared toward cardiovascular fitness and leg strength, and stress relief!  Beginners start out w/ a 20 min. session.

TurboKick

The fat blasting, ab defining cardio workout that is sweeping the country.  This class combines a mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves, set to high energy music that will allow you to burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour!  

PIYO

PIYO is a unique class designed to build strength and flexibility. This class contains challenging choreography that will make you sweat. It is all about energy, rhythm, and power to increase core strength and stability.

Yoga I

No cell phones allowed

This yoga class is geared for the beginner- intermediate yoga student. 

Strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation exercises are incorporated in this class.  You do not have to be flexible to try this class!

Yoga II

 

No cell phones allowed 

This class is a power yoga class guaranteed to make you sweat!  We will work hard, and then end the session with a short relaxation session.  Beginners are welcome to come and modify movements.  The room is very warm, so bring water and a towel.

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that is sweeping the nation! It is exercise in disguise! You do not have to be an experienced dancer to enjoy this class!  Zumba is FUN, different, easy to learn, and effective!  Join the revolution!

This gentle class is perfect for all ages or conditions. It can be done seated, if one is unable to stand.  Excellent for seniors.  Daily practice can reduce stress, enhance relaxation and inner peace, control weight and blood pressure, strengthen bone density, increase physical energy, expand creativity and awareness, and improve balance, flexibility and stamina.  First night is a free introductory session.   Register the first night of class.  $50 SPC F/S and fitness center members  $60 Non-SPC members
